You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use DamatexPay for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All exchange rates displayed on the platform are determined by DamatexPay and may be updated at any time. Rates are locked at the moment a transaction is confirmed. Withdrawal fees are disclosed before each withdrawal and are deducted from the amount withdrawn.
Crypto deposits are converted to Naira upon confirmation on the blockchain. Naira withdrawals are processed to the bank account you specify. Please ensure your bank details are accurate — DamatexPay is not responsible for funds sent to incorrectly provided accounts.
A withdrawal fee (a percentage of the withdrawal amount) may apply to both Naira and crypto withdrawals. This fee is displayed in the app before you confirm any withdrawal.
Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and can fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DamatexPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms or if required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
